harsh in emergency and more concerned with interpersonal

phone. kept shrugging off her questions regarding discharge and she her
medications were changed with no explanation given her at all about what the
new meds were. |

| When is a kidney stone not a kidney stone? When it's
misdiagnosed at Brampton Civic Hospital. 5 hrs in an exam
room without being checked on. Wrong diagnosis. No CT scan
to confirm. Meanwhile, Moncton (NB) Hospital did everything
right in 4 hrs. |

wanted to hook me up to morphine while being pregnant

a Dr. Nurses don't even speak English. Drs., nurses don't
even explain what they are doing. We're just a number. We
had to wait for a bed until 10pm next day for a bed to be

| Wonderful new premises,located north part of city. Open
and airy, with greeters.
Volunteers assist with directions and will accompany
visitors to locations. Nursing staff and medical team
always had excellent bedside manners. |

last year and the nurses on the 2nd floor were nothing but
caring, helpful and very understanding. The doctors were
dealt with were always easy to get a hold of whenever we
